Group members attended the city chambers on the 26th February to outline the reasons we feel the garden should be protected and restored for community use. Our city councillors were supportive of the ideas we presented and wanted to help. STV news wrote a good article covering the deputation by our Friends Group to the Planning Committee, where we raised awareness of this garden’s rarity, neglect and possible loss to development for luxury townhouses.
